Now that you’ve booked your service, here are some frequently asked questions to allow for a seamless appointment.

How can I prepare for my window cleaning service?

If we are cleaning your exterior windows only:

  • Please shut all of your windows and doors

  • Unlock your screen doors so we can slide the screen door over and clean both panes

  • Unlock the gate to your backyard or provide us with the code so we can access your backyard

If we are cleaning both your interior and exterior windows:

  • Remove items off your window sills prior to our arrival

  • Clear the area directly in front of the window

  • Either someone needs to be home or we need access to the interior of the house (garage code, key pad or key). Please coordinate this with our scheduler.

What if it rains while you are on-site?

  • If we are cleaning both your interior and exterior windows, we will clean your interior windows only and reschedule a date to clean your exterior windows

  • If it rains while we are on-site cleaning your exterior windows, we will reschedule the appointment

What do you use to clean windows?

  • Its simple, water and soap. Our solution is environmentally friendly and biodegradable.

General window cleaning services do not include removal of the following:

  • Excessive hard water staining

  • Mineral deposits, including rust stains

  • Excessive glue, caulking or other adhesive residue

  • Paint overspray, splatters, drips or brush marks

  • Mortar, concrete, or other hard debris

How can I prepare for my eavestrough cleaning service?

  • Please ensure you have a functional exterior water source so we can hook up our hose to flush your downspouts

  • Ensure all windows and doors are shut and locked

  • We bag all of the debris from the and remove it from your property

  • That’s it! We take care of the rest

Do I need to be home for my eavestrough cleaning appointment?

  • No, not unless you would like to be home

  • We are happy to perform the work and email you the invoice once the job is complete

*Please be advised that our standard eavestrough cleaning includes cleaning downspouts to ground level. This does not include cleaning the underground drain, if applicable.

How can I prepare for my eavestrough whitening appointment?

  • Please ensure you have a functional exterior water source

  • Ensure all windows and doors are shut and locked

Do I need to be home for my eavestrough whitening appointment?

  • No, not unless you would like to be home

  • We are happy to perform the work and email you the invoice once the job is complete

What colour eavestroughs can you perform the whitening on?

  • Any colour!

  • The results are most noticeable on any lighter colour eavestroughs such as white, beige, grey, light brown, almond and sandlewood

Do you have insurance?

  • Yes. All of our technicians are fully trained and insured through WSIB and we are covered for $2,000,000 liability insurance



What forms of payment do you accept?

  • We accept cash, cheques, credit cards and e-transfers. Whatever works best for you!
